Our menus are built in-house with our head chef Seasonal, globally inspired, and full of personality. We draw on the full breadth of London's hospitality scene, working with a diverse range of chefs who bring authenticity to every dish.

We pay fairly, work flexibly, and invest in the people who make Canteen what it is. We create space for creativity, celebrate our team publicly, and tell their stories. The people behind the food matter as much as the food itself.

We work with local producers and source ethically, not as a checkbox, but because real relationships make better food. We know where things come from and we're proud of it.

We listen before we quote. We're flexible without being flaky. We care about the experience of every person eating our food, not just the person who booked us.

We're London through and through. Surplus food gets donated, not binned. We partner with local organisations and put resources back into the communities we work in.

We minimise waste, choose responsible packaging, and make sourcing decisions with environmental impact in mind. Not perfectly. But intentionally, and always improving.

Every brief is taken seriously. We show up prepared, we communicate clearly, and we hold ourselves to the same standard whether we're feeding ten people or two hundred.
